Signing in to your MCW account

What does the MCW login window require?

The MCW login window has two fields: a username of 4-16 characters and a password of 6-20.

Username and show-password control

The Đăng nhập (Log in) window asks for Tên đăng nhập (username) and Mật khẩu (password). A show-password button lets you review the characters you entered before submitting. The same details work for an existing account on the website and in the app, so the MCW Casino login password is not a separate app credential.

The login form does not ask for a phone number. By contrast, the Đăng ký (Sign up) form has three fields: username, password, and Số điện thoại (phone number). The registration form also uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check. New accounts use VND, and bonuses are selected from the promotion list at the first deposit, not during sign-up. The new account registration steps describe those three fields.

How to log in to MCW on the website

You can log in on the website in five steps after opening the current link on the operator banner.

Browser login steps

1. Open the site using the current link on the operator banner, which includes a CHƠI NGAY button.
2. Select Đăng nhập at the top of the page to open the two-field window.
3. Enter the Tên đăng nhập from your existing account; it must be 4-16 characters.
4. Enter the Mật khẩu; it must be 6-20 characters, and the show-password control lets you check it.
5. Review both fields and submit them in the login window to access your account.

The MCW login casino window is for existing account holders; the registration form is for new accounts. At the first deposit, choose no more than one first-deposit offer from Khuyến mãi (Promotions). The form does not select a bonus. The promotion terms and offers list the available cards and their conditions.

How to log in on the app or a phone browser

The Android app and website use the same MCW account and balance.

Android app or Safari on iPhone

1. On Android, open the operator’s download page and use Tải xuống (Download) to get the MCW app.
2. Open the Android app and select Đăng nhập to reach the account window.
3. Enter the same 4-16-character username and 6-20-character password used on the website.
4. On iPhone, open the MCW website in Safari and use its Đăng nhập window.
5. To add a site icon to an iPhone home screen, use Safari’s add-to-home-screen function.

The same account and balance carry across the website and app, so MCW Casino login app access does not require a second account. The app is available for Android, while iPhone users can open the site in Safari. Details on Android app and iPhone access cover those options.

The app promotion card offers 88K, or 88,000 VND, after an app installation, registration or login, and a qualifying minimum deposit. To request verification, send CSKH your username and a screenshot of the app. The card says the credit is added within 24 hours after verification and can be claimed once per player. Before withdrawing the app reward, complete 10x wagering in ĐÁ GÀ (cockfighting), Slots, or Bắn Cá (fishing). The card also requires at least one valid deposit within the previous 30 days before withdrawal.

How to contact CSKH if you forget your password

If you forget your password, contact CSKH through one of three support channels: live chat, Telegram bot, or email.

Account recovery support

1. Open the CSKH live chat or use the Telegram bot or email listed in the site footer.
2. Explain that you forgot your password and ask for the account recovery procedure.
3. Do not send your password to a support representative; MCW says it never asks customers to provide it.
4. Stop responding to an unusual request and contact CSKH again through a support channel shown by the site.

Live chat is available 24/7, and the footer lists Telegram and email as other channels. You can ask how to restore account access without disclosing your password. The CẢNH BÁO (Warning) popup also says not to share your username, password, or transaction history. For an MCW Casino login password issue, use the support channels rather than giving anyone your credentials.

MCW login problems and how to handle them

If an MCW Casino login problem occurs, first match the issue to the relevant field or access option.

A browser check of the Vietnamese interface on 6 November 2026 found that the LINK DỰ PHÒNG popup listed two choices and a button that opens more links published by the operator. The site banner also directs users to the alternative-links page when access fails. Using a backup link does not change your account login details. The published alternative access links page explains where the site presents those choices.

If a field entry is wrong, compare each character using the show-password control. CSKH handles account questions through live chat, Telegram, and email. The backup-link popup lists additional access choices supplied by the operator; it does not change the username or password associated with your account.

MCW account warnings and personal devices

The CẢNH BÁO popup identifies three kinds of information you should keep private: your username, password, and transaction history.

Keep account details private during a session

• The popup lists Tên đăng nhập as information not to give to other people.
• It identifies Mật khẩu as private and says MCW never asks customers to provide it.
• It includes transaction history with the username and password among the details not to share.
• Keep all three types of information private when entering your account on a device.
• If a request seems unusual, stop the exchange and contact CSKH through live chat, Telegram, or email.

The CẢNH BÁO popup appears on each visit in the interface checked on 6 November 2026. It tells users to follow the rules, play responsibly, and contact CSKH if something seems unusual. Information about setting limits on money and time appears in the responsible play guidance.

The show-password button lets you compare the text you entered in the quick-login window. The warning popup says not to disclose account details or transaction history to another person.

After login: cashier, promotions, and wheel coins

After login, Nạp tiền opens the cashier and Khuyến mãi opens the promotion list.

Account options after logging in

1. Select Nạp tiền in the cashier area after signing in; Vietnamese accounts use VND.
2. Review payment methods and limits in the cashier, where the site displays the current amounts.
3. Open Khuyến mãi to view promotion cards and their conditions.
4. For the first deposit, select at most one first-deposit offer from the promotion list.
5. Before requesting a withdrawal, complete wagering for any active bonus; the receiving bank account must be in your own name.

The MCW lucky-wheel card says daily logins can earn up to 30 free coins. It also says a deposit of at least 150,000 VND in a day followed by pressing NHIỆM VỤ can earn up to 100 coins that day. One spin costs 25 coins, coins remain valid for seven days, and the wheel resets at 23:00 (GMT+7).

The wheel card requires x3 wagering on all products for prizes. Cash prizes or Slot jackpots are credited within one hour under the card’s terms, while CSKH confirms physical prizes within 14 days. Deposits of 150,000 VND or more update within 15 minutes for the daily mission. A promotion winner also needs at least one valid deposit within the previous 30 days before withdrawing a promotion win.

The footer displays bank transfer and e-wallet logos, including Viettel Money and ZaloPay. The cashier shows the specific limits for each available method; the interface check on 6 November 2026 did not establish separate limits by payment method. The deposit and withdrawal steps explain the related account actions.

In Vietnam, unlicensed gambling with stakes of 5,000,000 VND or more can be prosecuted under Article 321 of the Criminal Code 2015, and licensed betting under Decree 06/2017/ND-CP is limited to people aged 21 and over at licensed venues. Check the rules that apply to you before you deposit.
